Using:

  • LPJ Release Agent 1l
  • Xiameter 3481 Base 4.5kg x 3
  • Notcutt 34 series fast silicone catalyst 500g x 3
 

Acrylic Preparation:

  • LPJ Release Agent on all master surfaces
  • Silicone layer brushed on to all inner master surfaces
 

Layers (silicone / cast depth / catalyst / cure):

  • 0.5kg / 0.5cm / 10% / 1hr;
  • 3kg / – / 10% / 0;
  • 2kg / – / 10% / 0;
  • 2.5kg / – / 10% / 0;
  • 2kg / – / 10% / 0;
  • 2.5kg / – / 10% / 24h
